Five days from now I'll be progressing to Stage 2 of the post WLS diet: pureeing REAL foods.

As happy as I am right now with my protein shakes (and really, after four days of nothing but popsicles, Jell-O and broth they are almost sublime), I will be feeling more than ready to taste real food again. Even if it is pureed to the consistency of apple sauce.
Is store bought baby food an option, you ask?
