Sippin' chili.

I've been eating "real food" again for the last 24 hours, now. All the Jello-O stockpiled in my frig I'll keep as bomb shelter rations, now that I can put chili in a blender.

That's right -- chili in a blender.  I'm moving up in the world!

Still on the protein shakes -- two a day to make sure I get the requisite 60 grams of protein -- but supplementing with actual foods.  Small amounts of yogurt, ricotta cheese, sugar-free pudding, pureed chili.  I'm afraid to try pureed meat just yet, but there is always deviled ham.


Deviled ham:  what exactly do they do to the ham when they devil it?  

Some questions are better left unanswered.
